Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Cream Cheese I prefer Philadelphia brand
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/3 C honey Use a good honey!

Instructions

  • Make sure cream cheese and butter are room temperature, to avoid lumps. Beat thoroughly with a paddle beater. Add vanilla and honey and continue beating until smooth and lightened.
